This is a privately owned timeshare. We bought the unit in 1992 while vacationing on this beautiful island. We returned every year until we decided to make Kona our home in 1999. We now make it available to you. As local residents, we can provide personal references as well as activity and restaurant recommendations. The unit is also listed for sale. Click here for details.
This is a floating Fall (Aug – Nov) week that can be used annually. It’s a red week that you will find easy to rent or exchange. We have reserved October 4-11, 2009 which is during the world-famous IronMan triathlon. The 2009 week can possibly be changed for a $35 fee. The week is available for rent in 2009 or for sale which includes the 2009 week.
